Raising Cane's Surprises Swiftie Boys & Girls Club Member With Sold-Out Eras Tour Tickets

Taylor Swift's sold-out Eras Tour came to New Orleans for three unforgettable nights, bringing fans together for the ultimate concert experience. From dressing up in shimmery dresses and exchanging friendship bracelets outside of Caesar's Superdome to singing Swift's most beloved hits in the French Quarter, the Swifties brought the excitement to the city all weekend long. However, some fans felt left out of the festivities, unable to secure tickets or afford the rising prices on resale platforms. That was the case for 14-year-old Westbank Club member and longtime Swiftie Madison B., until Raising Cane's made her dreams become reality.

Madison's Friday lunch outing at Cane's turned out to be more than just a meal; it would become a moment she would remember forever. Madison and her mother Amy were enjoying their chicken fingers when she was approached by a Cane's staff member handing out friendship bracelets in honor of the upcoming concerts in the city. The staff member also handed her an extra special surprise — two tickets to night three of the Eras Tour in New Orleans.

Madison was in disbelief as she processed what had just happened, feeling shocked yet joyful for this unexpected gift that had just changed her weekend plans. She was also given a cash gift by a generous Cane's customer for her to buy official concert merchandise to commemorate the experience.

She joined in on a Facetime call with Raising Cane's CEO and founder Todd Graves and his daughter Sophia, who both claim to be Swifties as well, to thank them for the incredible opportunity.

Not only is Madison a fan of Swift's music, but she is also a fan for other reasons. "I like how she's nice to people and respects everybody," said Madison.

When asked about her daughter's love for Swift, Amy said that she couldn't have picked a better role model for her. She also explained how Madison has struggled with her mental health after losing her father at 6-years-old, but it is experiences like this that bring light and joy into their lives. "We can go do this together and have a great night and have this lasting memory to look back on," said Amy.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana's CEO Angel Nelson explained that having a positive outcome after all the negativity Madison has gone through is just a testament to the resilience of young people and the transformative power of community support. "This is something she's going to take with her for the rest of her life," said Angel.

Madison enjoyed the Sunday concert in her friendship bracelets and Eras tour inspired shirt, singing along to all of her favorite songs right beside her mother. They both thank Todd Graves, Raising Cane's, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana for making the experience possible.

It is all "One Love" for the power of community in uplifting those who need it most.

Madison has been a member at the Westbank Club for over eight years now. Throughout her time as a Club member, she has consistently embraced opportunities to learn and grow through different programs and activities. Westbank Club staff enjoy having her as a member, and her commitment to the Club has created a lasting impact on both staff and fellow members.
