Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana is excited about its much-anticipated return of its life-changing out-of-school-time programs to Orleans Parish this Fall. Through a partnership with the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORDC), BGCMLA plans to serve more local youth at two NORDC facilities in the fall: Milne Rec Center and Stallings St. Claude Rec Center.

Former U-High and LSU basketball star Glen “Big Baby” Davis received a huge honor on Thursday, June 10. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana awarded a new outdoor basketball court, a Nancy Lieberman Charities Dream Court, to honor Davis in Baton Rouge.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana are going to honor former LSU basketball player Glen “Big Baby” Davis at the dedication of their new outdoor basketball court. Nancy Lieberman Charities chose to donate the Dream Court™ the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana because of its “prime location for many area kids and programming.”
We recently received a $25,570 grant from the Taco Bell Foundation to support more youth in the communities we serve. The funds will go toward Boys & Girls Clubs programs that educate and inspire that next generation of leaders.
